Our Amazing Make-Up Policy:
To make up for a missed class, you can drop in on any other currently running class at Brooklyn Guitar School or our sister school, NYC Guitar School OR take a free 15 minute mini-lesson at NYC Guitar School or Brooklyn Guitar School. We'll also happily e-mail or fax you the materials for the class you had to miss. Please note that all classes must be attended or made-up within the 10 weeks of your course, and that private lessons in your home are subject to teacher availability in your neighborhood!

Refund and Credit Policy:
For private lessons: You can withdraw from a set of lessons for a one hundred percent refund or credit for remaining lessons.
For group classes: You can cancel your registration any time before the first class for a one hundred percent refund or credit. You can withdraw from a class at any time for a one hundred percent credit (not a refund) for remaining sessions. If you sign up for our Spring "You will learn to play guitar or your money back" offer, attend or make-up all ten sessions of the course and are not satisfied, we will refund your tuition in full.
Our Amazing
Re-Take Policy:
If you finish a class and want to take any or all of the sessions over again, you can do it for only 12 dollars per session! Re-take one session, re-take ten sessions, or re-take one session ten times--it is up to you!
